Hunter walked up to her. Emily was usually afraid of him. But, she could occasionally be so brave for

He suddenly reached out and picked her up in his arms, walking towards the bed.

He didn't speak and just looked at her wrist.

At the beach, he didn't mean to hurt her. But, he gripped her too heavily after all.

Hunter opened the drawer and took out the medical kit inside. He stopped talking and poured the
medicine onto her wrist, rubbing it gently.

Emily really couldn't understand this man. Sometimes he was cold as ice, and sometimes he seemed
to treat her well.

But in the end, all the confusion turned into calm. Whether he was good or not, it was just a contractual
relationship.
