What was once a lush, verdant forest was turned into scorched earth by the destructive power of nova source.
But when the smoke dissipated and the sky reappeared, they could clearly see that the Dongshen Scorching Sun Guard Formation still shone over the majestic mountain, much like the Dongshen Clan’s astonishing fighting spirit. Of course, that was only counting top experts in the top hundred of the reges mundi ranking. Individuals below that level weren’t strong enough to influence the combat power of an entire clan. But even so, thirteen high-ether-class astralships had failed to destroy a low-sanctuary-class guard formation. It was unbelievable! Chi Hun frowned upon seeing that. Impatiently pulling out his gold transmission stone, he spoke to the man on the other end. "Lin Jie, are you ready? Make haste so that I can slaughter Lin Xiao. How will you ever get ahead if Lin Xiao doesn't die?"
After a moment of silence, the figure said, “Rex Mundi, we’ll arrive at the council hall soon."

Tianming listened quietly to Yin Chen talk about the situation on Mount Taia. Tianming, Feiling, Xiaoxiao, and Moran were currently onboard a deific-class astralship named Fishguts that looked like a gold sword. As the smallest of the deific-class astralships, it was able to enter the council hall. Despite its size, there was enough nova source for Moran. Ji Ji had already merged with the compact nova source, turning it pink and transforming it into genesis ancestral nova source.
"The defensive formations of deific-class astralships can't stop cultivators at the higher levels of Cosmic Cartography." That was why they would have to rely on Moran’s divine wonders. On the other hand, an ether-class astralship would at least be able to last for some time. Lin Jie and his people might not even be able to destroy one.
Unfortunately, ether-class astralships were too large to enter the council hall, but Tianming would be exposed to Tianxi and the alien monster if he were to leave the council hall. After all, there was a high chance they could invade the Phantavoid. Thus, this was the best solution he could come up with.
