“Aren’t these dragons the flames of the Fire Seed? Does this mean the immortal force isn’t enough for Qin Nan to rebuild the Dao Foundation, so these dragons have come to absorb more energy for him?”

The color of the lake gradually fainted.

The dragons were not satisfied yet. They started to fly out of the lake. Thirty of them locked their gaze on the Eight Brilliance Demon Emperor as if they had sensed something.

He sounded extremely pleasant.
Supreme Rudao’s forehead was covered in black lines as she spoke, “Old man, I’m asking you a question. How could you ignore me?”
The man coughed and looked at her with a smile, “Pardon me, I was just too excited. I can tell you who he is, but first, I’ll have to clarify something first.”
Supreme Rudao raised her brows as the man in a gray robe said sternly, “You won’t need to become his partner now. You just need to lend him a hand whenever he is in danger.”
Supreme Rudao was supposed to be happy after hearing this, yet for some reason, she did not feel pleasant.
Her voice turned colder too, “Old man, what do you mean by that? Why have you changed your mind all of a sudden? Do you think you can just play me like a fiddle?”
The man raised his head and looked at her, “Do you want to know the reason?”
Supreme Rudao nodded. The man hesitated for a while before he said calmly, “I’ll just be honest with you then.”
“Even if you achieved the level above the Nine Heavens Supreme, you are still…”
