For building a new base, we’re terribly short-handed. But, it’s not impossible. We don’t plan to join the Sea City Base, but we still need to find Li Zheng and the others. We don’t know how many of them have survived.”
Their first plan was to build a base to settle down. They needed to build a fence wall first, then find enough food and supplies.
