Harmony chuckled, but she said solemnly, “Sure, let’s take time to know each other, but if you ever find
a side of me that you don’t like, you can cut me loose.”
Ezekiel felt his heart squeezing up, and he went ahead to pull her into his embrace. “I’ll never cut you
loose,” he whispered.
The last one who confessed to her in the same manner was Reuben. He told her all the romantic stuff
this world had to offer, but in the end, the relationship was a tragedy. Harmony was always cool and
rational about love. Even if it was Ezekiel saying this, she couldn’t take it seriously, or she would lose
