Chapter 6

Zayne

I walk out of Maija’s room, more annoyed than I would like to admit. I cannot believe she thinks I want
to date her. Don’t you? A little voice in my head replies, but instead of giving it any validity, I push it to
the back of my mind. Of course, I won’t date her, sex sure, but I don’t date. I don’t fall in love. She
should be so lucky; any girl would be drooling over me right now. I clench my fist. She has the nerve to
reject me, even after wearing my gray sweatpants? These have never failed me, not that I had to use
them often. I storm into my room, then stand before the mirror.

“I look good.” I nod. I know I look good, so why is she so unaffected by me when I want her so damn
bad? Am I not her type? I dismiss that thought immediately. I am everybody’s type. The image of her
lying in bed in her red shorts and tube top surfaces in my mind. I bite my lip, thinking of her chocolate
thighs spilling to the side, highlighting the curve of hips and the roundness of that ass. Man, I can’t wait
to map her body with my hands.

“Damn,” I scream before jumping into my bed. Why can’t I stop thinking about her? She treats me like
I’m dust. Even when I told her, she isn’t my type to see her reaction, but once again, Wall-e says
nothing.

“Wall-e is the perfect name for that robot,” I mumble because that is exactly how she acts, no emotions.
It’s as if she’s been programmed to make blunt, witty statements while looking hot and, in the process,
drive me crazy. However, this makes me want to break her. I can’t wait until she is beneath me. I want
to watch as she shakes when I’m tasting her love juice. I can’t wait until she’s sinking her nails in my
back as I sink my shaft into her. Just the thought of it makes me painfully erect, and tonight, I’m going
to have to be around her all night without touching her.



“Or do I?” A devilish plan pops into my mind. I had no intentions of dating her before, but tonight she
will be wined and dined. No woman can resist my charms when I turn them on, not even a robotic
stepsister.

Two hours later, I’m standing by the staircase waiting on her. “Maija,” I shout before glancing at my
watch impatiently. It’s fifteen minutes to the hour, and we have reservations at seven. “Maija,” I called
again. Where is she? I told her that we were going to dinner before the movies, all a part of my “seduce
my stepsister” scheme. I glance at my watch again as the time ticks away. “Maija!” I shout for the third
time.

“I’m coming.” Her beautiful voice rings in my ear. I look up as she starts walking down the stairs. She
looks stunning in a short purple dress, exposing a lot of side boob and a healthy serving of those thick
thighs. My mouth suddenly feels dry as she draws closer to me.

“Is this alright for the restaurant?” She stops before me then twirls to give me the full picture. The dress
is backless, stopping at her lower back, highlighting her ample ass. I bite my lip, mentally whispering a
silent prayer for my little man, who is straining against my pants. She looks at me expectantly. I shift
slightly to hide my erection. Okay, I need to speak, but all I want to tell her is how much I want to fuck
her.

“Lovely,” I finally manage to get out, thanking the heavens it was coherent and non-sexual. She smiles,
a warm feeling spreads in my chest. She is gorgeous and so damn fine, I muse as she walks by me,
her ass jiggling slightly with each step.

“What movie are we seeing?” she asks, but I’m too preoccupied with her ass to respond.

“Zayne?” She stops, then turns to me.



“Ah, we'll pick something once we arrive.” I snap out of my lust and jog to catch up to her. She purses
her lips as we continue to walk to the den.

“I want to be back by 10:00 pm. Do you think we can do that?”

“Why 10?”

“I don’t want to be out too late.”

“Right, wouldn’t want to be late to read your book,” I reply, expressing my annoyance. We have not
even spent five minutes together, and already she’s thinking of ways to get away from me. I’m even
more annoyed because it bothers me more than it should. I actually want to spend time with her. Why
is that? She is intended to be a challenging, fun lay, so why do I want to know more about her?

“Do you have something against reading or people who enjoy it? I imagine you read as well since
Princeton doesn’t let every Tom, Dick, or Harry in.”

“Reading’s fine, but you can enjoy other things,” I reply sweetly. I intend to charm her out of her panties
tonight. I probably shouldn’t insult her most treasured hobby. We walk into the den to say goodbye to
our parents.

“See you later, mom, Charles.” Carolyn glances at Maija; she does not look pleased with the outfit she
has on.

“Are you wearing that?” She asks. Maija looks down at herself and then back up at her mother. I hold
my breath, preparing for what’s about to come out of her mouth, hoping she does not get herself
grounded.

“You’ve seen this dress before, mom.” I breathe a sigh of relief when I hear her respond, I hurry over to
her and grab her, but Carolyn isn’t done speaking.



“Yes, and I told you then, I didn’t like it.”

“You don’t have to like it. you’re not wearing it.” I cringe at her flay tone. What is with her?

“Maija…” Her voice is a low growl, she’s warning her, but my good little stepsis shrugs.

“I gotta show the goods while I’m still young, mom, before my tits and as...Mmm.” I place my hands
firmly over her mouth and say goodbye to the parents before dragging her out the door. So that's her
plan, to piss off Carolyn again and get herself grounded. Not on my watch. I made the perfect plans to
seduce her tonight– she will not ruin it. Once we get outside, I release her. She’s breathing heavily.

“Ugh, what was that about?” I look at her incredulously. Is she seriously asking me that?

“You need a filter on that mouth of yours. Seriously, do you even think before you speak? You can’t be
saying everything that pops up in your head, especially to our parents.” I walk to the car as she follows
behind.

“Mom’s used to my mouth.”

“I want to get used to it,” I mumbled without thinking.

“What?”

“Nothing, I just think you should run whatever you are thinking of saying through a filter.” She pauses
beside the car, purses her lips, and then nods her head, agreeing. I smile, happy she didn’t argue.
She’s about to pull her car door open when I shout.

“Wait!” She stops and looks at me, confused. I shuffle to her side of the car and quickly open the door.

“I’ll do that– beautiful women shouldn’t open their own doors.” I lean in, whispering, ensuring my lips
gently graze her skin as I lift my head. She sways slightly, tilting her head. She looks up at me, puzzled,



before slipping into the car.

“This beautiful woman is okay with opening her own door, big brother.” I flinch hearing her address me
like this, and I bet she is trying to stop me from seducing her, but I will not be deterred. I chuckle as I
walk back to my side of the car and hop in. She can call me whatever she wants now because, at the
end of the night, I’m sure she’ll be calling me Zaddy.
