The reply from Noah caused an eruption of fortune both from him and a certain Antiquity that was located far across Dimensions, both of these beings monitoring this situation closely as the consciousness of the Antiquity spoke out.
"We'll need a way to communicate. This consciousness will fade away entirely soon, and I won't be able to reach out into this Dimensions again unless there is a medium."
The voice seemed to be searching for something when it was speaking, changing entirely to a quizzical tone next.
"The medium in the past was Chronos...where is that guy?"
"Oh?" Noah raised his head towards the question of the Antiquity as he smiled lightly.
"That guy? I locked him in a time prison since I have some plans for him later. For him to be a medium across Dimensions, did it have something to do with his Dao of Reincarnation?"

Noah hit the nail of the head as the Antiquity was surprised, shaking his head wryly with his real body as his consciousness in the Abyssal Universe looked pitifully as the Oathkeeeper and the 12 locked Hegemonies beside him.
"These guys and Chronos were really fighting against a guy with a cheat-like system and didn't know it...no wonder everything was such a mess."
The voice of the Antiquity was that of pity as when Noah picked it up, his brows perked up as he spoke out quizzically.
"Don't forget you were above them, it was your loss too."

The Antiquity nearly choked from this as his rumbling voice shot back. "Well...just a small setback for me as I lost a Subjugated Antiquity. But yes, if you can somehow obtain The Dao of Reincarnation, just enter a half dead state and you should be able to see your timeline."

Far across Dimensions, the scene that this Antiquity could see also faded away, his eyes only seeing the expanse of white coldness around him as his cerulean blue eyes flashed beautifully.
The existence made of ice beside him saw he was done as she spoke with a smile.
"How long will you be staying this time?"
The voice seemed to be tinged with happiness and sadness, causing the Great Usurper to let out a light smile at this as he patted her head and replied.
"I won't be going anywhere for a while. We'll take some time to reinforce our strength and plan. Maybe we won't be alone in this battle…."

Noah's Primordial Ruination Clone had already finished absorbing the first Primordial Heart as he was halfway through the second one, and he came to a halt at this moment as he gazed within his Origin.
There, he could see 4 beautifully swirling Universes as one was a complete Splendiferous Universe, two being normal complete ones with 100 Billion Galaxies each, and the 4th one being a Universe that only had 10 Billion Galaxies within it!
The 25% remainder of the first Heart and 50% of the second one had actually been enough to grant Noah two complete normal Universes and begin on the fourth one! He could have continued at this moment as he forged another 2 or 3 Universes, but he actually came to a stop.
This was because he was thinking further ahead about a few things, his mind focused on the Primordial Cosmos and the task of the Quintillions of beings he had brought into the Dark Universe.
When it pertained to the Primordial Cosmos...he was thinking of his newly gained Vassal that was the strongest Hegemony within it...and also the being with a Cosmic Treasure!
He had been debating what to do with this being that had sworn Fealty to him...as well as his Cosmic Treasure. At this moment, he had made a decision as he entirely stopped the absorption of the Primordial Heart and put it into his [Expansive Space].
Thereafter, the figure of the Primordial Ruination Clone disappeared from the Ruination Realm as it instantly teleported into the Abyssal Universe!
The clone arrived right before the Oathkeeper as the figures of the Blue Slimes and the normal Clone in the surroundings faded away with a spatial light.
Noah stared at the old existence that had lived for millions of years as he spoke out with a light smile.
"As the being helping maintain order in the Primordial Cosmos and affecting a vast number of quintillions...how many Dao Galaxies do you currently have, Oathkeeper?"
His question was one that no expert would tell another, but the Oathkeeper actually gazed at Noah with placid golden eyes as he replied right after!
"Over 60 Billion Dao Galaxies."

His voice was steady as Noah's eyes flashed grandly when he heard it.
This being had not wasted his millions of years, especially so with the fact that he was one of the strongest beings in the Cosmos!
Even if he hadn't been able to do something like Noah and create a Lesser Dao that allowed him to literally control and closely influence all the existences within Universes, Oathkeeper had still acted out a major role all these years.
As he affirmed this, Noah gave a brilliant smile while he waved his hands and caused the appearance of a glimmering Primordial Heart!
"Based on recent events, we could have a terrifying Primordial Beast attack at any moment. The Primordial Cosmos needs powerful protectors...and I won't strip you away from that position!"

Yes! Noah wouldn't snatch the Primordial Disk in the hands of the Oathkeeper, instead planning on making this being and another one that were the best candidates closest to reaching Antiquity even more powerful! The other was, of course, the Blue Slime that was at 95 Billion Dao Galaxies and was even closer to Antiquity than nobody else!
Others would follow as he and the Blue Slime would just be the first.
The forces Noah was planning to raise to prominence were too stupendous and numerous, with his eyes already planning for a glorious future of these forces beginning to stretch their fingers across the Ruination Sea.
