At speeds unfathomably faster than light, in a manner that couldn't be fully captured due to the Existential light covering it…a massive circular vessel crossed the Omniverse towards one of the many, many renowned domains of the Imperium.
Within this vessel, a space the size of a plane of existence was contained within as at the very center of this space, there was an area surrounded by an expanse of a golden sea that currently had a single being and his attendants lined up to his left and right.
Around him, a dense number of illusory screens filtered out weavings of information, his glorious visage and golden hair simmering with a serious expression at this moment as he suffered a loss that he had to report!

At the center of such a plane of existence, an advanced fantastical citadel floated grandly, its exterior pulsing with existential authority as initially, the golden haired observer and his attendants arrived within the walls of this citadel that were bustling with tens of thousands of entities.
But a moment after his arrival, his figure alone became wrapped by a light and disappeared, his attendants being left behind as he was taken towards a central castle atop this floating citadel!
When the golden haired observer appeared again, he found himself standing in a blue hall lined with Planalith Krystallos as decorations, his gaze directed towards the end of the hall that held a red throne behind a crystalline table filled with golden pages.
On the throne, an old man took off his glasses while raising his brows towards the golden haired observer, becking with his hands as a shocking attractive force pulled the Observer forward to stand directly before him!
