Chapter 303

After Lizeth finished speaking, she quickly went back to her room.

Savanna hesitated for a few seconds, looked outside, and finally walked back to the master bedroom.

That night, she had nightmares. It was not easy for her to sleep. The sky gradually lit up. Savanna
could no longer sleep. She got up and washed up, then went downstairs to make breakfast.

Mandel got up and was extremely happy to see the breakfast that he liked on the dining table. When he
had breakfast with Savanna, he glanced around. Not seeing Brandon, he asked, “Savanna, where is
my father?”

Savanna rubbed Mandel‘s hair. “He went on a business trip to Washington. It will take him several
days.”

The phone in the living room rang. Lizeth ran out of the kitchen to answer the phone. A few seconds
later, Lizeth called out, “Savanna, it‘s for you.”

Savanna put down her fork and wiped her mouth with a tissue. Then she walked out of the dining room
and took the phone from Lizeth. “Hello.”

Hearing her voice, Aldo immediately said anxiously, “Mrs. Young, Mr. Young‘s grandmother is about to
die. Can you tell Mr. Young to hurry back?”

Lorena had always opposed Savanna to being together with Brandon. Savanna had always respected
her as Brandon‘s grandmother. Although she didn‘t really like Lorena, she never said anything.

However, after Savanna was poisoned, she started to hate Lorena. Moreover, Lorena had forced
Brandon with all sorts of means.



Savanna said, “Brandon is on a business trip. Just call him.”

Aldo could hear the indifference in Savanna‘s words. He hurriedly said, “Mrs. Young, I haven‘t been
able to contact Mr. Young since the night before yesterday. Previously, he didn‘t answer the phone, but
now his phone is turned off. If you know where he is, please tell him that his grandmother is in a severe

phone was turned off. Savanna tried to call Jim, but Jim‘s phone was turned off too.

Savanna had a bad feeling. She called Seth. Seth answered the call, “Hello, Mrs. Young.”

Savanna asked, “Seth, why can‘t I get through to Brandon? Did you really go to deal with your uncle‘s
matter?”

On the other side, Seth was driving at a fast speed while answering Savanna‘s call. Due to panic, his
breath was unstable, “Yes, Mrs. Young. Something happened to my uncle. I’m still on my way. I‘m in
contact with Mr. Young. He‘s fine. Don‘t worry.”

“Seth, hurry up, Jim said Brandon can‘t hold on much longer.”

Seth did not expect that Rex would speak at this time.

Rex did not do it on purpose. He had just ended the call with Jim. When he heard Jim say that Brandon
was in danger, he urged Seth anxiously.



Seth hurriedly covered his phone, but it was too late. Savanna heard it. Savanna was already very
surprised when he heard Rex‘s voice. After hearing what he said, she was completely dumbstruck.

Plus, Aldo couldn‘t contact Brandon, and neither could she.

Savanna instantly panicked.

She shouted, “Seth, what happened to Brandon?”

worry. Mr. Young will be fine.”

Savanna‘s voice became unstable due to anxiety. “Seth, don‘t lie to me. Tell me, what happened to
Brandon?”

Seth heard that Savanna was about to cry. When Seth was at a loss, Rex said, “Seth, she will know
eventually.”

Rex took the phone from Seth and said to Savanna, “Savanna, no matter what, you have to remain

calm. Brandon went to Spirit Mountain to look for the medicine for you. He was ambushed by someone
and is seriously injured. Take care of Mandel at home. Jim, Seth, and I will bring Brandon back
safely…”

Before Rex finished speaking, his phone rang again. He glanced at the screen. It was Jim calling.

“Savanna, we are very busy here. Don‘t contact us for the time being. Bye.”

Savanna wondered, Brandon was injured? Is it serious? How is the situation?

Before Savanna asked, Rex ended the call.



Savanna‘s mind was buzzing and then went blank. She felt it hard to breathe. She tried her best to
control her emotions. But her hands and feet were shaking.

Lizeth was playing Lego with Mandel upstairs. She felt that something was wrong. When Lizeth came
downstairs, she saw Savanna standing in the living room with empty eyes.

“Savanna,” Lizeth called her.

After Lizeth called her several times, Savanna finally heard her.

Savanna hugged herself with both hands, looking depressed. “Lizeth, what do you think we should do?
Something happened to Brandon. He was ambushed by the enemy.”

Lizeth was not surprised by this news. She was just extremely regretful. She blamed herself. “Savanna,
it‘s all my fault. It‘s all my fault. If I hadn‘t told Seth, Seth would not have proposed to Mr. Young, and
Mr. Young would not have traveled thousands of miles for puritan Andrew.”

From Lizeth‘s self–blame, Savanna understood everything. But who could she blame, Lizeth, Seth, or
Brandon?

Lizeth and Seth just wanted her to recover.

Brandon would risk his life for her.

Savanna took a deep breath and straightened her back, looking determined, and strong.

Seeing that Savanna was about to walk out, Lizeth quickly pulled her. “Savanna, what are you going to
do?”

Savanna‘s voice trembled slightly as she said, “Lizeth, I can‘t watch him die for me. I need to go stay
with him.”



Hearing this, Lizeth became even more anxious. “Savanna, it‘s a long way. Besides, Mr. Young spent a
lot of money on pharmaceutical research and development. We don‘t have a private jet. How can you
get there? What if something happens on the way?”

Thinking of this, Lizeth refused to let Savanna out no matter what.

Lizeth said, “When Mr. Young left, he repeatedly reminded me and Seth not to tell you about where he
went.”

After listening to Lizeth‘s words, Savanna lost control of her tears.

Savanna‘s eyes were as red as blood. She was so anxious that she couldn‘t even speak properly.
“Lizeth, we don‘t have time… If that was the case, then I must go. Please, take care of Mandel for me.”

Seeing that Savanna had made up her mind, Lizeth knew she couldn‘t stop her. So, she could only
watch Savanna leave without looking back.

When Savanna‘s car left the Rose Villas, Lizeth immediately called Leo. “Mr. Baker, Savanna went to
the Spiritual Mountain in the northwest. The journey is dangerous. I can‘t find anyone else who can
help her.”

Hearing Lizeth‘s words, Leo was immediately flustered. After hanging up the phone, Leo
calledSavanna at once.

After calling Leo, Lizeth still felt uneasy. So, she called Cain, Neil, and Justin. In short, she called
everyone that had a good relationship with Savanna she could think of.

Soon Cain contacted Neil and Justin. The three of them set off for the Spiritual Mountain in the
northwest.
