They went to the best known Japanese restaurant in New York.

It was a 3 Michelin Star Restaurant.

They had many customers, so a reservation beforehand was a must.

Justin had made a reservation in advance, so when they arrived and told them the number, there would
be a waiter leading them inside.

"Rebecca."

Just as Rebecca, Justin, and Manda went inside the restaurant, a very familiar voice suddenly came.

Rebecca frowned imperceptibly and turned her head to look out.It was Linda and Adam.

"Adam, look, that's Rebecca!"

Linda looked at Adam sitting opposite and said brightly.

He acted as if he didn't see Rebecca and Justin at all.

He just picked up the glass, took a sip, and then nodded slightly without even looking at them.

Seeing Adam's indifference, Linda just stood up and spoke to Rebecca brightly "Rebecca, such a
coincidence.

Justin looked at Rebecca and then glanced at Linda.

He curled up the corners of his mouth and said coldly, "Mr.Capen, is she your girlfriend?"

Girlfriend? Rebecca was well aware of who he meant.

Manda was still a little girl with her childish face and a lovely princess dress on.

It could not be her.

Well, great! He was asking Justin that whether his own official wife was Justin's girlfriend.

How could he say that! Rebecca wanted to look calm to show that she didn't give it a damn.

But it was so hard to keep cool.

Hearing Adam's words, Justin looked at Rebecca tenderly, just smiling.

He didn’t admit it, nor deny it.

And he asked, "I think you probably know her, for she says she knows you."

Adam also gazed at Rebecca, but with no tenderness at all.

He nodded and gave a snort, "Yes, we met.I know her.That's all."

"So, you all know each other.Why don't we share a table? The more, the merrier!"

Linda sat next to Adam, and hugged his arm with a bright smile.

"No, it's ok."

As Justin spoke, he held Rebecca's hand.

With a gentle and handsome smile, he said to her, "Right, Becca?"



Her hand was ice cold, making Justin hold it more tightly.She looked at Justin, smiling faintly, and
nodded.

"Yes, I prefer serenity:"

Her hand was held tight by Justin.

She felt no antipathy, instead, the warmth from his hand to hers, making her grateful for what he did
when she felt numb and cold.

"Becca, you're not gonna join us?"

Linda pressed herself against Adam's arm and said to Rebecca regretfully.

Before Rebecca could start, Justin said in disgust, "Linda, don't you forgot? I'll lose my appetite, dinner
with her.’

"Adam..."

"Lose appetite? How funny.Becca just can't enjoy her meal now with you,"said Manda suddenly.

She took Rebecca by the arm and said brightly.

"Right, Becca? Let's go.To our seats."

"Okay."

Rebecca nodded and smiled at Manda.

"Take your time.We'll do it another time." Justin said politely.

Adam glanced at him.



"Okay, rain check."

"Becca, let's go.’ As he spoke, Justin held Rebecca's hand, walking to their seats.

"Adam, in public, at least you should..." not embarrass her.

They left.

Before Linda could say something, Justin frowned slightly and disengaged his arm from her hands, and
said, "Sit back.The food comes."

"Well" Then Linda sat back.

Watching them leave, she asked, "What did Mr.Capen do? He looks so familiar."

"Louis's son, Capen Group," said he faintly.

He lowered his head to pick up the glass, trying to hide his feelings.

"Oh, no wonder he looks so familiar.I feel like I've seen him more than once."

Then Linda glanced at them again.There was only two-tables distance, about ten meters.Linda could
see them with her head sideways.

"Rebecca's with Justin.You're not angry?"

After taking a look at them, Linda asked Adam again.

Just then, a plate of sashimi just arrived at the table.

He just put the salmon strip on Linda's plate, not answering her question, and said, "Go ahead"
