Never Wanted To Meet Her

When Byron saw this, his expression became even more sullen. “What do you have to say to her? It‘s
best to pretend that you don‘t know her and not have any contact with her when you meet her in the
future.” Since the woman had no intentions of acknowledging her daughter, he simply was doing what
she wanted!

Estie got frightened by her daddy‘s tone. She was stunned for a few seconds before she reluctantly
frowned and wrote in her little notebook: (why?)

without waiting for Byron to answer, she quickly added: (I like the lady very much. She’s very kind and
gentle to me. I want to be with her!)

The little girl‘s straightforward liking distressed Byron, but she had to face the truth. With a blank
expression, he said, “That‘s because she already has her own children. She doesn‘t need another
child.” Hearing this, Estie‘s eyes were filled with confusion. She knew about the two brothers, but the
beautiful lady still treated her very well.

Her daddy, however, seemed to hate her.

Seeing the little girl quiet down, Byron informed his assistant to start the car. They left the Quirke
family’s manor. On the road, he felt the corners of his clothes being tugged twice again.

Byron frowned and looked over. [Then, where did my mommy go?] Estie looked at him somewhat
aggrievedly, her big eyes filled with confusion. The beautiful lady was the mother of the two brothers,
so she could not get close to the beautiful lady.

What about her mommy, then?



These words stung Byron‘s eyes hard. He looked away, stricken. For a moment, he did not know how
to answer her.

Estie was asking him where her mommy was.

He knew the answer.

However, could he divulge to her this cruel fact? That woman already had a new family. Even if her
biological daughter was right before her eyes, she had no intention of getting to know her... The more

He never answered, and Estie just looked at him eagerly.

After a while, Byron ground his back teeth vehemently and said with displeasure, “I don‘t know. I don‘t
know where she is. Don‘t ask this question again! It‘s enough for you that you have a daddy. You don‘t
need a mommy!”

Estie stared at her daddy for a few seconds after he said that before slowly putting away her book and
lowering her head.

The pair of father and daughter said nothing more the entire journey home.

Quirke Villa Rosalie‘s mood was obviously a little off after Byron left. Andrius could tell, but he did not
pry into it. He brought her downstairs and chatted with her about all sorts of topics while they had tea. It
seems that the atmosphere between the two was pretty good. Andrea went back to her room after she
was driven out. At present, she had come out to take a look at the situation.

Seeing her brother sitting on the sofa with Rosalie, Andrea snorted coldly. She had not believed that
this woman could do anything since the beginning.



It remained the same now.

Rosalie noticed her disdainful attitude but was not in the mood to argue with her. Hence, she just
pretended that she did not exist. Seeing that an hour had passed, Rosalie was the first to stop their
conversation. “Time is up. We can remove the needles now.”

With that, she got up and went upstairs. Andrius hurriedly followed her up. Andrea also got up
suspiciously and followed them up. She did not believe this woman, but this concerned her grandpa’s
condition, so she was still very worried. Not to mention, she also wanted to see if this woman was as
capable as she claimed to be!
