She walked in unhindered and saw Flint just down the hall at the entrance of the private room.

A fashionably dressed woman was clinging to Flint’s arm. She was visibly upset, and tears were
streaming down her cheeks. “Flint , you said you would always love me. You can’t do this to me. I’ve
waited for you for years. I’ve finally met you again. We are meant to be. Being together is our fate. I
won’t give you up!” Flint was immensely stressed out. “Jasmine , please be reasonable, okay? What
happened between us happened about five or six years ago. We didn’t even date past a month. No
one gets married after dating for just a month.”

“I don’t care!”

Jasmine Yackley clung to Flint’s body possessively . Her face was filled with surprise, as if she had
found her long lost love.

Flint could not hold on much longer. When he looked up, he saw Adina at the end of the corridor. He
groaned and said, “My girlfriend is here. Let go of me now!”

Jasmine raised her head to look. When she saw Adina approaching them slowly in the crystal light, she
suddenly felt a pang of inferiority.

She had always thought that she was beautiful, but at that moment, she realized that in front of Flint’s
other women, her beauty was worthless.

Adina gradually approached them.

She had done this far too many times before, so she had experience. She wrapped her arms around
her chest and looked askance at Jasmine. “Miss, why are you clutching my boyfriend’s arm?”



Jasmine stared at Adina’s face. She suddenly found her familiar.

She slowly asked, “Are you Adina Daugherty?” Adina raised her chin. “That’s right. I am Adina
Daugherty. Do you think you are good enough to snatch away my boyfriend from me?”

Her condescending demeanor perfectly portrayed the role of a spoiled and dainty girlfriend.

Flint hurriedly shook off Jasmine’s hand and dashed to Adina’s side. He smoothly wrapped his arm
around Adina’s shoulders, making them appear to be really intimate with each other.

Jasmine’s face was filled with disbelief.

Adina Daugherty? Wasn’t she that bitch who embarrassed her mother and Jones Corporation a few
days ago? It was one thing for her to go against her mother, but how dare she try to steal her man from
her? “The most beautiful woman of Sea City isn’t that perfect, after all.” Jasmine snorted.

“The news said that the most beautiful woman of Sea City had spent a night with a stranger a few
years ago. She even gave birth to two children ! I can’t believe you would date a dirty woman like her,
Flint!”

Flint’s expression turned cold at once.

Adina patted the back of his hand and chuckled as she said, “That’s right. Flint would rather be with a
woman who has given birth to children like me, rather than you. This only proves that you are worse
than a woman who has given birth to children!”

Jasmine was so furious that she nearly died from a stroke.



She finally understood why her mother would lose so badly against this woman! “Jasmine, how dare
you insult my girlfriend?! I won’t forgive you!” Flint said icily, “A rich young lady like you comes to a
place like this every day. How much do you think the share price of Jones Group will drop if I expose
the photos of you pestering a man to the reporters?”

“Flint, you are so cruel.” Jasmine blinked forlornly. She was a rich young lady who had never suffered,
but she was being threatened by her first love at that very moment, and she could not bear it.

She glared at Adina. Then, she bit her lips and said, “I refuse to believe that you have such poor taste.
And I don’t believe that you would date a woman who has given birth to children unless you kiss her in
front of me. If you really are together, I will give up.”
