After Everett saved Ninian, his symptoms started showing. George saw it with his own eyes.

Out of gratitude and courtesy, he helped Everett. He even sent him back to the Craig family‘s mansion.

Afterward , Everett entered the entertainment industry, and Winters Corporation established a good
relationship with the Craig family as a way to show their gratitude.

George had always thought that Everett rescued Ninian out of coincidence, and that they had remained
as strangers. Little did he know that ever since then, Everett had long coveted Ninian.

“If you two were to meet again at the upcoming piano concert, with George‘s acumen, it‘ll definitely give

again.”

Everett became silent when he heard what Zayn said.

The next morning, the warm sunshine shone onto the

carpet of Ninian‘s room through the gap in the curtains.

She stretched out on her bed and washed up before heading toward the hotel‘s private dining lounge.

Harold, Alden, and Melody were already there.



“Good morning, everyone!” Ninian walked over and rubbed her eyes. “Where‘s George? Is he not up
yet?”

“I knocked on his door when I came downstairs, but there was no response. He has probably gone out
early in the morning.” Melody said with a slight frown.

“He has gone out, but not in the morning.” Alden took a sip of his milk and said calmly, “His assistant
came to me this morning and told me that George didn‘t come back at all last night.”

Melody, Harold, and Ninian were shocked.

“Did something happen to him?!” Ninian put down her hand. She looked adorable as her eyes widened,
looking curious and shocked.

Harold could not help but stroke his chin. His gaze was sharp and looked as cunning as a fox. “That‘s
quick. Could it be that George has already reconciled with her overnight?”

Melody looked at them. She narrowed her eyes and asked, “You two knew something was up, aren‘t
you? Did you guys do something behind our back?”
