The lady took out her invitation letter and walked into the banquet hall.

Many people turned and looked at her.

lady?”

“But I‘ve never seen her among any wealthy families in Sea City. She‘s very eye–catching.”

“I have a feeling it‘s a fake. Look at the gown she‘s wearing. It‘s from last season‘s entry. Who would
wear that? If she can‘t afford this season‘s new style, how is she able to afford the Heart of the Ocean?
That‘s impossible!”

“If it‘s truly fake, it‘s a very well–made replica.”

As Ruth made her way into the banquet hall, she could feel all eyes were on her.

She puffed up her chest to show off the necklace even more.

The three children, who were sitting in the corner, were stunned.

“That‘s the Heart of the Ocean!” Harold became emotional. “Mommy was wearing it the night she
disappeared!”

George held him down. “She doesn‘t look like Mommy.”

Alden raised his hand and called a waiter. “Go and ask where the lady who‘s wearing the blue diamond
necklace comes from?”



The waiter hurriedly went over to Ruth.

Harold murmured, “Do you still remember the dream that I told you before? I dreamed that Mommy

she is still our mommy...”

George kept silent.

“Mel said that Mommy might have suffered from amnesia. So, it‘s possible that she has changed her

mentioned Mommy.‘ Soon, the waiter returned. “That lady is Ms. Willis, from Cloud City. She came to
Sea City to attend a project with her older sibling.” Harold became even more emotional. “She‘s from
Cloud City and from the Willis family. It matches the information George found! She‘s even wearing the
Heart of the Ocean. Most importantly, Daddy personally brought her into the banquet hall tonight. You
know he doesn‘t simply come to a banquet with some random woman,”

George and Alden continued to stay silent.

“I‘ll go investigate. You all wait here!”



Harold put down the things in his hand and strode over. Ruth grabbed a glass of champagne once she
entered the banquet hall.

Everyone around her was not sure who she was because there was a huge gap of value between her
gown and the necklace. Because of that, no one approached her and talked to her.

She glanced over at the people who were present. Just as she was about to join the group of
celebrities, she noticed a child approaching her.

The child was only about eight or nine years old. He was wearing a black suit and a bow tie, looking
like a prince from a fairy tale.

Ruth was slightly stunned.

At this moment, he hurriedly rushed towards her and bumped into her. The glass of wine he was
holding spilled over her pink and blue gown.

“My gown!”

Ruth widened her eyes in shock.
