Chapter 1390 Someone Is Pulling My Feet

Phoenix was wearing his necklace!

Davon thought that he had thrown it away, but to his surprise, Phoenix was having it with her.

Davon felt complicated.

Hadn't Phoenix long forgotten about him?

Davon had not seen the necklace for years. He looked at it carefully and confirmed that it was really
once his. Suddenly, he felt like crying.

He calmed himself down and helped Phoenix get changed as fast as he could. Then, he walked out.

Helen learned that Phoenix had fainted. She wanted to go in and see her but was stopped by the
guards at the entrance. When she saw Davon, who she was usually afraid of, she stepped forward and
asked, "Mr. Davon, what happened to the princess?"

"She just fainted, but is fine now."

Davon looked at Helen and burst in, "Where did she get the necklace?"

"What?"

Helen was a little startled. She was surprised that Davon would ask her such a question. Nevertheless,
she instantly trembled when meeting Davon's cold eyes. She hurriedly answered, "Princess has always
had that necklace with her. I don't know where she got it. As far as I can remember, she hasn't changed
this necklace since I became her servant."



"Really? Did she say anything special about this necklace?"

Davon was a little nervous.

Helen shook her head and said, "No, but she values it very much. Once, it was broken and lost.
Princess lost her temper. She looked for it all night before finding it. Then, she asked a craftsman to
repair it. After that, she ordered that no one should touch the necklace."

Davon was in a much better mood now.

It didn't matter whether Phoenix remembered him or not. As long as she was wearing his necklace,
Davon was happy.

"Take care of her. She'll probably sleep for a long time. Tell the kitchen staff to get her something to eat
when she wakes up."

"Yes, Mr. Davon."

Phoenix.

Davon walked over to the guest room.

Kim knew what exactly Eason wanted to say.

Eason was finally relieved.

"By the way, there's one more thing you need to know."

Kim told Eason about Phoenix and Davon. He also said that with Leo's instructions, Phoenix was
currently at home.

Eason was startled.

"He has a crush on Leo's daughter?"

Kim smiled and said, "Dad, Davon knows what he's doing. Besides, Phoenix is different."

"How is she different? If Davon kills her father, won't she hate Davon? Kim, why don't you stop them?"

Eason couldn't stop feeling worried at the thought of Davon hanging out with Leo's daughter all day.
For Samuel's safety, Kim did not tell Eason that Phoenix was working for Samuel. Kim thought that
even if he did, Eason would not buy it. Eason valued relatives. He probably wouldn't believe that
Phoenix cared anything about Leo at all.

"Alright, don't worry about it. Davon said that you should rest for a while before we send you to
somewhere else."



The Sawyer's was now Davon's strategic base. He didn't want Eason and the Sawyers to be involved.

Eason knew that Davon might have to do some great things. If he stayed, he would become an
obstacle, so he agreed to leave.

Davon had been sending the Sawyers away from the mansion since he took over the family. At first,
Mrs. Sawyer was not happy with it, and she refused to move away. Afterward, Davon froze all her
cards and didn't allow anyone to help her. Only then did Ella Sawyer realize that her time had passed.

Eason really thanked Davon for making such arrangements. If Ella knew that Kim was his son, she

If he hadn't made a fool of himself and met Ella, Yolanda wouldn't die, and Kim would also live a better
life.

Nicole happened to see Kim sending Eason away.

She tugged at Samuel's arm and whispered, "Is that the owner of the Sawyer family?"

"I think so."

Samuel glanced at Eason and replied in a low voice.

"Davon saved him. Where is he going?"

"I don't know, but you shouldn't worry about this. Your hands are icy. Let's go back to the room."

Samuel cared about Nicole's health the most for the moment. With Davon here, he could let down his
guard on other things.

He had done a little research about Davon online. Davon was simply outstanding.

With such an outstanding brother-in-law helping him, why should he worry about anything but Nicole?

Naturally, Samuel could rest assured.

Samuel felt even more relaxed now.

at Nicole and said, "I heard that there is a natural hot spring in the backyard. Shall we go there later?"

Nicole was tempted.

a luxury for her, let alone enjoying hot spring. She would love to accept Samuel's offer if she could.

Samuel knew that Nicole wanted to go to the hot spring very much. He turned up the corners of his lips.

"Isn't Davon your brother? What's wrong with using his hot spring? Is he that stingy?"

Convinced by Samuel, Nicole instantly became excited.

"When are we going?"

Nicole said as she pulled Samuel's hand and walked out of the door. Samuel led her to the backyard.

The hot spring is a natural one, but Davon had ordered people to build a house on it. With the heating
turned on, the temperature was quite comfortable.

Nicole smiled happily and said, "It's really a good place."



"Yeah. You should take as many hot spring baths as you can. I don't know when you will recover from
the cold. I'll ask Davon to take a look at you later. He's a great doctor, right? He should be able to find a
cure for his own sister."

This matter had been troubling Samuel.

Nicole's hands and feet were cold, which really worried him.

Nicole knew that Samuel was caring about her, so she pulled his hand and said, "I'm fine. It's nothing

spring.

She leaned against Samuel's chest and whispered, "If only we could have such a hot spring."

even move there."

Samuel always wanted to realize all Nicole's wishes.

Samuel shook his head. Just as he was about to pick her up, Nicole suddenly opened her eyes. She
