Chapter 1407 Mrs. Green Didn&##x27;t Ask Anything

"Mr. Green, don't move. You have been so lucky to be saved this time. Thanks to Mrs. Green."

Seeing that Samuel was moving fiercely, Jacob stepped forward and stopped him.

"Nicole?"

Samuel was a little confused.

Olivia's being proud amused Nicole.

Olivia thought that Nicole was joking, and so she laughed and said, "Sure, I will take care of you."

"Thank you."

The two friends instantly burst into laughter.

With Olivia by her side, Nicole was very bright.

Samuel was woken up by Nicole's laughter. The master bedroom and the secondary bedroom shared a
wall that is soundproofed. However, Morgan had opened the window to ventilate, and so was Nicole.
So Samuel could hear it.

It had been a long time since he heard Nicole's hearty laughter. Samuel smiled.

"Morgan, go and see how was Mrs. Green. Help her with the medicine if necessary."

"Alright."

Morgan was astounded. But then she did as he told.

Nicole was still chatting with Olivia. She felt that it had been a long time since she had chatted with
Olivia like this. Then Morgan knocked on the door and came in.

"Mrs. Green, Mr. Green asked me to take a look at your wound and change the medicine for you."

"OK."

Nicole nodded and cooperated.

Morgan checked Nicole's wound and found that she was recovering quite well. She did not have any
infection. Morgan changed her medicine.



Nicole did not ask about Samuel during the whole process.

Morgan left after she finished her work.

Nicole continued to chat with Olivia about the movies.

When Morgan returned to the master bedroom, Samuel hurriedly asked, "What did Mrs. Green say?"

"Mrs. Greene didn't say anything. Her wound is recovering well. There is no swelling or infection. I
changed the medicine for Mrs. Green and came back here."

Morgan told the truth.

Samuel was sullen.

"Didn't she ask if I was awake and how was I?"

Actually, with the window open, Samuel could hear everything Nicole said clearly. He hadn't heard
about himself, so he confirmed with Morgan.

Samuel was expectant, yet Nicole was laughing and chatting happily with Olivia. Morgan suddenly felt

Morgan hesitated for a while before whispering, "Mrs. Green didn't ask anything. She didn't say
anything."

Samuel was depressed.

It seemed that Nicole was furious.
